Just wondering if that is a big story outside of the US sports community. In case you don't know what I am talking about I was watching the Detroit Pistons (my fav team ((not bandwagon I grew up in Michigan)) and the Indiana Pacers and a fan threw a beer at one of the players and he jumped into the stands and punched a fan. From there all HE doublehockeysticks broke out. It lasted about 10 minutes one of the craziest things I have ever seen. I am sure that is somewhat normal for all you English Soccer/Football Hulligans I know I saw some of you causing trouble at numerous international friendlies. Any news clips on international news?

Well us 'English Socccer Hooligans' (no sweeping generalisation there ) tend to start fights with each other, not with players. I'd like to think that maybe the players would have a little more self control than that too! Shocking!

Actually you do realise that every Friday and Saturday night Mark and I go setting fire to things and beating up people on the street because we are sports fans. I know Ben does it too and Olly is an addict!
ROFL
I haven't heard about your problems, the latest hooligan story in the UK is that the Spanish international players were making racists comments and gestures at the English black international football players.
Now that's not nice is it precious!!??

Hi Beckham: I did not hear about the fight. Did any of the NBA players get the snot knocked out of them? They for the most part are a bunch of prima donnas and I hope some of them got their clocks cleaned! Next time anyone is at the train station in England watch for the posted pictures of the mad two-some MaktheYak and his trusty sidekick Roz notorious for starting brawls at various sporting events Dominion wide!! They are England's Bonnie & Clyde!!

It must be something in the water in the Northern Hemisphere I always watch these on the news with much amusement. We are MUCH more civilised down South - these kind of sport brawls rarely, if ever, occur down here

Yeah that was wild Beckham! They were showing it all night on espn Sportcenter. It was like some strange mixture of basketball and hockey. I wonder if any of those players are going to be sued. It looks like some innocent bystanders got hurt by these insane players. You would have felt right at home, Roz, at the game but unfortunately for you there were no fire starters

Roz, that was so funny I just busted out laughing . Just the mental picture of a 6'5" guy (I think I read in a post mark was around that tall) in short shorts with the smedium t shirt saying "roller disco rules" and a pair of rainbow suspenders on roller skates cracks me up.

Its like they stole the shorts of the Hooters Waitresses Do they have Hooters resturants outside of the US? Have you ever heard of them?

Basically a "resturant" type place where the "waitresses" wear super short orange shorts and rather tight t shirts. Needless to say I am sure you get the idea. Yes they do serve food, but mostly eye candy.

Hi Beckham: Well I was reading about the NBA fight and the story says up to 4 of the players are suspended and the NBA will move quickly to determine how long they will be out and what fines will be imposed. The Police are aslo involved to determine criminal complaints against players and fans. Have you heard anything new on this? Man I don't even want to picture Mark in Hooters shorts!!

I wonder how much money/bribery/fame/food we would have to throw at Mark to get him into that...... This is so mean doing all this whilst he is away for the weekend - what larks we'll have when he gets back!(Becks I think he's 6 foot 4 but maybe he's been eating his weetabix and growing taller)
