Has anybody got or know anyone who is selling HP boxes, in a shop or dealer, No shop in nottingham has them   any websites someone can recommend me to apart from Cards inc . Anyone

Yes, I know Cards Inc have them for £59.95, in which case I would buy them asap. I'm checking out the market conditions. If it doesn't sell, I re-list at the same price until it does (and it will). Then I list another box, maybe at the same price maybe a little higher. I've got plenty of stock & plenty of time and in the near future these prices will seem cheap.

Don't give up on the shops yet. The shops in Nottingham i.e. Forbidden planet, Traveling man and Another World get their deliveries from Diamond Uk on a Thursday. I believe Diamond Uk get their cards from Cards Inc. As Cards Inc Didn't get the Harry Potter cards till Tuesday this week they wouldn't have had time to be distributed for Thurs delivery. I'm guessing that if these shops are going to get them then this coming Thursday may be the day. Try then.   I don't know what the retail price is on these cards but you may find they will be cheaper than buying of specific card dealers. £2.50 a pack would work out at £60. Good luck

That would be a slight irritation, but ultimately good for the reputation if potential buyers know that I haven't cherry-picked the boxes first.

I wish I could help, but every place that I find that still sells them cheap I snag them up.  Is that wrong of me?  I found 12 more boxes two days ago on a website for (after website discount) $64 a box.   I would suggest going after some of the chase cards, some of them seem to be going fairly reasonable as the market is as saturated as it is ever going to be right now, and I think there are some really good deals out there to be found.  I have auction snipes set up on about 30 different auctions right now.  Auction sniping is the best way to get the good deals, as you don't add to the bidding frenzy that take a hold of many people.  I just enter a price that I feel I would feel happy getting it for and forget about it.  I get more good deals that way.  I don't know if any of you use auctionsniper.com  it is a great tool, and they give you 3 free snipes to try it out.  (and I get 3 free if you said I recomended you  Anyways, just some more random thoughts.

Forbidden planet wont be getting any which is a total bummer. I asked them 2 days ago, as i used to by LOTR packs from them a while back. The cinema store are a bunch of filthy theives   they open all the boxes and go through the packs untill they get the autos/costume cards and then they sell the packs at the pirce usually of £1.99 or £2.49 when it is obvious you wont pull anything.

O nice one thanks   for reminding me of another world, you know they had loads of TTT update packs till a few weeks back, i wish i went sifting through them.

Hmm do you know the game/comic shop next to burger king and close to mc Donalds on the way upto where the Odeon used to be. They usually get like one box in like they did with ROTK and keep it sealed untill someone wants a pack. I must try that shop on thursday   Where abouts in Nottingham do you live (area), you don't work in the cinema store do you

I don't work for the cinema store. However i do buy a lot of boxes of cards of them and they charge very reasonable prices. I never buy just packs from anywhere.
The cinema store aren't getting HP cards. I spoke with the manager He wasn't going to bother until I told him how good they would be. He rang Cards Inc and they said they were sold out.

I used to live in Basford (Vernon road next door to the post office across catchems corner pub) and Now live on the outskirts of Clifton, quite close to the Power Station with the Huge chimneys you see coming in from the A453   . Nice house and nice area considering it is Clifton   . Yea i see the people who work in the Cinema Store at all Showmasters Conventions and half the time i am in their giving the man who i assume is the boss all the info i know on guests appearing at Collectormania events and gossip on LOTR cards. He knows alot but is late with alot of stuff, such as the ROTK 2nd wave, he didn't know much about it till i told him. He is probably glad he never brought any boxes with such poor cards available   . Unless it's all an act and he knows everything
