Welll... no to the cards, yes to the video games, but if you ask me that format needs some serious revamping too Smiley

My fav pokemon would have to be Mew from the very first game. He was small, cute, hideously rare (thanks Nintendo for coming to Southampton and distributing him to our cartridges) and so very powerful.

Unfortunately after that amazing innovative first game (and first card set with it's cool as beans Charizard holo) they just re-released game after game with small tweaks and then card set after card set with small tweaks... although I did like the Team Rocket set Smiley

What say you Mark?

I say pokemon is great! If you played the revamped game Roz  ( Shocked ) you'd know that there is a lot more to it than there was in the original. It's a really fun game!

I also like the cartoons - they are pretty fun but it's the games that are the best. I got Colloseum for the Gamecube which is good but I never replayed too much of it. I think it's best in a portable format which is great news as we can have a 3D portable pokemon game now on the DS! I hope we get to play Ash in it with Jesse and James making many appearances throughout! Is that really asking too much?

Actually, is it asking too much for nintendo to put some voice-overs in their games? Even with their disc based Gamecube most of their games are all still text based! What's that about. But I digress....

Smiley Which number did you get up to? I stopped around 30 - I once emailed a seller asking what it would cost to update it to 50... needless to say I couldn't afford it and all the promos I had had come down in price... that may be different now of course.
