So, I guess we are a bit behind over here, then?  The season they are showing now is what they call "The New Season of Dr. Who," which is what confused me with regard to reading that Rose left. I really like the show, though I feel a little behind.   Smiley

Don't worry - BBC America will probably have the chance to catch up whilst David Tennant has a "gap year" to work with the RSC Smiley

Well the lastest series has been shown over there. But I think you have missed it. Here's the episode guide from the latest series.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/episodes/2007/index.shtml

His companion for this series is called Martha and she's a medical student, but she leaves at the end of the series, for a break (into Torchwood)

Series Two is currently being shown over here as the "New Season." Rose is still on the show. I haven't seen Martha's character yet.  Sad Thank you so much for the link! I will bookmark that one!   Cheesy

I hope you are right, Roz! I really want to catch up on the series!   Cheesy

Its not that new then, New Doctor. Maybe they will put the other one on after. I wish I knew which channel Anna had been watching, I think it was the Scifi channel.

Oooh! I wonder if they are showing the newer Dr. Who's on SciFi! I could finish out the season on BBC America, then catch the new ones on SciFi! I'll have to look into that! I wish they put the seasons on DVD...I would absolutely get them!  Smiley

EDIT: I just checked the SciFi site and....THEY ARE SHOWING THE NEW SEASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe I have been missing it! AGH!! I'm so glad they are showing it though, maybe when I'm done with Series Two, they will be showing them still from the beginning!  Praying

I think the Dvds are supposed to be coming out sometime.

Oh look;

But remember to use the Yak link if you buy anything.

I've been reading Dr Who novels, you can get them on CD, the first set where read by David himself.

Here's the books, scoll down there's more;
