Wow... I love the binder, it's way nicer then the season 7 binder of Stargate SG1 and best of all it has all of the teammates on it  Grin The front and the back are really nice.

I am sad to see no McKay auto for this set but at least their is hope for one in the season 2 set when and if they come out  Praying I am happy however that their will be a costume card for his character and Becketts. These two are my favorite characters on the show and I love how they interact together. I am looking forward to this set as much as the SG1 sets I love to collect. Grin

I will have to remember to pre-order the binder from Rittenhouse closer to the time of release  Cheesy

I agree, the binder looks great!! I love the "watery-blue" effect.

I too am looking forward to having all the team members autos (i hope they all have agreed to sign at some point), but i'm especially pleased that they're not all in the Season 1 set - I can see Atlantis running a good few seasons (at least the "standard" seven) and if all the main cast sign early on it means either repetitve signers filling the latter seasons, or "just" guest characters, which isn't a bad thing, it's just nice to have main-cast autos spaced out inbetween.

I've already pre-ordered my cases, and the company doesn't know the exact price yet!!

The back scene is from all of the promo adds for the show when it first came out and I am happy to see that they put it on the binder.

The one I really want to agree to sign is David Hewlitt  Praying I remember having to wait until the second season set of SG1 came out for Michael Shanks auto, his was also a costume card in the first set  Roll Eyes I love main cast auto's spaced out in between because it's easier on the pocket  Shocked Stargate is on it's 9th season so you never know how long Atlantis will be on the air, I bet we can expect some great cards in the futrure.

If you want the main cast auto's I would definitely recommend getting the Ford one if they get it for this set because he will no longer be a main cast member in the second season instead he has become a recurring character and his name will be off the credits according to the creators of the show.

Good luck on all your pulls may you get some great cards  Grin I can't wait to see the 20 quotable cards myself because I am hoping they put some good one's by McKay in their, he had some great lines in season one. ROFL! I hope you post what you pull out of your cases when you get them, I would love to see your pulls. Wink

I will be sure to post what I get and I can't wait to find out what other people got also  Grin I don't know if I will be able to show pics because my brother is the computer wiz here but you will definitely find out what I think about them when they come out. A great place to see pics is at the Rittenhouse site...I am so excited about Rodney McKay's costume card  Grin

http://www.scifihobby.com/products/checklist.cfm?SetID=126

I can't wait to see the Quotable cards and Crew cards  Grin Rodney McKay had some of the best quotes in season 1 so I hope they use some of them ROFL! Between this set and Serenity my pockets are looking awful empty  Shocked

I will look forward to seeing your breakdown  Grin

The cards I really want are:

the base set (of course)
the Quotable cards
Ancient Technology
Atlantis Crew (I really want all of these  Smiley)
Dr.McKay Costume Card (I am a BIG BIG McKay fan)
Joe Flanigans Auto card (I want all of the Premiere teams auto's) but I would also love to get Zelenka's and Becket's auto's

The only auto I know I am getting for sure is Alan Scarfe as Chancellor Druhin (I just realized he used to star on Seven Days) because that comes with the Binder.

Only 3 days and counting.... Grin

A great place to see pics is at the Rittenhouse site...

I can't wait to see the Quotable cards and Crew cards...

Yeah, both the autos and costumes look cool, but i would also like a sneak peek at the Quotable cards, which the website doesn't show. I wonder if the Atlantis Crew are done in the same vein as the CC- cards from SG1 Season 7... (i hope not, i wasn't over-keen on those)

Rodney McKay had some of the best quotes in season 1 so I hope they use some of them ROFL!

I wonder who chose the quotes, and what criteria they used... both Stargate shows have some of the best one-liners and back-and-forth-banter on TV!

Between this set and Serenity my pockets are looking awful empty  Shocked

Well I'm not getting Serenity (never seen Firefly) but after my cases of Atlantis, my funds will be pretty dry too!

if i knew the html code for that scroll-y thing-y then I'd do it, but i don't, so i can't...

Anyway:

ONE DAY (from my point of view, it's probably still before midnight at RA!)

Still, maybe Rittenhouse sent the cases to their UK distributors early...
-No?
-Darn!

Not at all  Smiley - it means it was a fan-chosen quote, not a "these are the quotes you are authorised to use" option...

Just go to the moving M above your screen when you are going to post and put what you want to say in between it, Anna taught me how to do it just recently and I have been getting a kick out of it since. I love learning new things on the internet  Grin

One more Day  Grin One more Day  Grin One more Day  Grin One more Day  Grin One more Day  Grin One more Day  Grin
I love it also that fans got to choose the quotes instead of the people who run the show. The only thing I was ever disappointed by so far for the Stargate cards was the season 7 binder cover, but I have to say the Atlantis one makes up for it. I love the picture on the back of it  Grin I can't wait to see what quotes they chose even more now, I wonder if their are some great McKay lines Huh...only one more day to find out. Smiley
