Archive Box Doubles?

Just a couple of quick questions (and sorry if they've been asked and answered before...);

1: What companies produce archive boxes (or similar). I know RA does, but what about others?

2: (RA Specific, but would like to know about any others), In an Archive box, do you get, or has anyone ever got, doubles?

Using Quotable ST:TNG as an example;

Normally 5 cards per pack / 40 packs per box - 200 cards;

Set consists of;

110 base cards
009 T-cards
006 CB-cards
009 TV-cards
009 W-cards
009 F-cards
009 CC-cards
019 Autos
005 QA-cards
007 Sketches

192 total

Would that mean there were 8 cards "missing" from an Archive box, or would there be 8 extra base cards / chase cards?

To anyone who has opened an Archive box; what did you get extra (if at all?)
