Shocked WOW  Shocked That takes a lot of guts to do something like this. I would want a background check on the person bidding on me if I were him also  Undecided I could never do this myself either but I wish a lot of luck to the guy who is.

Its wierd though, down the bottom of the auction he says 'I will end this auction in its last minutes, if the bidding has not reached the $20,000 range, but hopefully even more. I should have put a reserve price on this auction, but I didn't, so it is my fault, if this happens. I also believe if it does not reach the $20K range, I would be worth more to them doing what I do now to help raise funds for our Troops and their Families through Operation Homefront.'

But he didn't end the auction early...he let someone win it at like $15k...wierd

For $15K I could have won and had him organize (especially with the OCD) and sell all my spares on ebay.  And of course do all my housework, landscape my front yard, do some of my work stuff, remodel the bathroom, paint the kitchen....crap I wish I would have read this thread earlier I could have saved myself a lot of time and effort over the next 12 years.
