It's gotta be Harry - in the Order doesn't it say that either Harry will kill Voldemort, or Voldemort will kill Harry?

I'm putting my money on Harry  Wink

ahh yes but can't it also be neville and what if harry is dueling (bad spelling) with voldermort, and hagrid kills him from behind, i cant see how that is impossible. i have only read the ORDER once unlike the other books three times so i may need to read through it once again  Cheesy

It's gotta be Harry - but I reckon Neville's going to come out as a bit of a hero by the end of it!

Yeah I like the IDEA of the Quidditch one but whether it's any good I do not know.

I have heard that there is no Quidditch in this movie at all - that's no bad thing for me as I find it violent and frightening  Embarrassed  Wink

Eh, my first post. Let it be noted that I am the original yak Smiley

As for who is going to kill Voldemort, its got to be Harry from what OotP says, but with the plot twists that JK likes to put in, I will not be surprised if that is not the case. Revealing that info so 'early' in the series makes it too easy. My guess is that Harry will be wrestling with this problem for the next 2 books (JK says on her site that Book 6 and 7 will be very colsely entwined) and it will play a major part in how he behaves towards everyone. Maybe he will try and distance himself from everyone because of his torment re. being a murderer or a victim.

What do y'all think?

PS> have you checked out JK's new site? I think its quite cool, its all her info on there from the horse's mouth. It debunked quite a few rumours for me! She warns against buying signed copies of her books... seems like those tricksey auto frauds have been very active in Hogwarts as well as Middle Earth! Angry

Original Yak, eh? Hmm... we'll see about that! I challenge you to lock horns and battle to the death! Or at least until we're both quite worn out...

Have you got a link to JK's site? I could google, but I'm feeling particularly lazy today Smiley

I take up your challenge! Let the contest begin! LOL

See if you can find the secret easter eggs she hints about. I have only found one and I can't work out the secret of the empty room with the door. Let us know if you discover it!!!

What a great site - why Mak it looks like you programmed it  Wink  I shall surf away at that when I get home tonight  and see if I can find some easter eggs

Uh oh - have just had news from Ferdinand The Yak - the plane ticket's booked - she'd like a cup of tea before the challenge as she will be jet lagged but says it is now a matter of Bovine pride!

Yes indeed, when I heard about this site from Roz, I had to investigate and lo and behold! I thought I was the only cyber yak around but upon finding a competitor! Err... are yaks meant to be very competitive about territory?

Roz, LMK if you find the easter egg!

Well I have to say, us Yaks are quite rare, but I have come across yet another Yak on the B3ta messageboard - namely "The Dancing Yak". Mad old world isn't it?! I'm still on the hunt for easter eggs. The trick is I think that you must click on everything, even if you don't get the hand icon. As a Flash programmer, I know it's possible to make a clickable item and for it not to use the hand icon Wink

If you want a hint, LMK. I don't want to spoil the fun of finding it for you unless you really want me to! The egg is quite good actually

hmmm - the Makster and I just convened for lunch!

We found the room with the door - which was a let down - we can rattle the door handle but  no more - is there a keyhole in the door that we might need to find a key for? I can't remember!

And we found one where you had to collect the spider etc for - are those the two you have found?

Yeah if you wait for about a minute on the room with the door then Peeves comes and writes on the mirror and knocks the vase over. But that's all. Is there anything we missed?

Ooh I've found another!
In the links room, you have to drag the two medals into their holders and you get a cool drawing!

Edit: I see a red feather which looks like a Phoenix feather, but it's not clickable. But just to let you know - if you wait long enough on the desk screen, Peeves come along and knocks over the pen pot! Cheeky little blighter! And the watch goes a little crazy and this weird scary looking uber fly flies across the desk. Blimey, gave me a fright!
