I hope someone can help, because I'm at my wits' end trying to figure out how to help my kids with this game.  We have a dachshund puppy.  The kids spent all of the money on milk, hair bows, and dog toys. Roll Eyes  Now the puppy is hungry and dirty.  In order to make money, we need to enter her into competitions.  But, we can't do competitions or training because she's hungry.  Is there any way around this?  The only thing I can figure is to reset the game and start all over again, but that means losing the dog and all of the training we've done so far.  Besides, she looks so pitiful with all of those fleas jumping off her. Undecided

I don't have a Nintendo but did have a look around a few sites.  The best I can come up with is to take her for lots of walks and let her eat the garbage  Lips Sealed.  Not very nice I know but a lot of people seem to have this problem.  In your case it could be a golden dog bowl in disguise  Wink.  Can you sell any of the dog toys back to the shop?

As soon as I can wrestle DS out of my son's hands, I'll try it out!

I really thought there was a way to enter a shop and sell your spare toys.  I know I used to sell all my duplicates that i would pick up while out on walks.

With the help of a Google search, I've found that you can sell toys at the secondhand shop.  I'm not sure exactly how to do that, but I'll try.  All I want is to be able to buy a couple of cans of dog food and a bottle of shampoo.  Then we can get the puppy ready for competitions.  Thanks, ladies!

When you go to the option with the normal shop on it there is a second hand shop on the right were you can sell you extras. I'm not sure feeding the dog on junk would work as when ever mine pick up any of the walks they get very sluggish so I don't think its good for them.

My daughter figured out all by herself how to sell items back to the shop. Smiley  She was then able to buy food, water, and shampoo.  Once the puppy was healthy and happy, she trained her and entered her in some contests, and made quite a bit of money!  So all is well again. Smiley  Thanks for the help, everyone!

I'm glad, too.  I felt so guilty that the dog was hungry and itchy all the time, even though it's just a game. Roll Eyes  Daisy is a happy puppy now! Wink
