Wow, Chuck! I didn't realize how lucky I was to pick up one of your sketches from just two opened boxes.

I guess I need to share: Grin

Aaaw, what an adorable Toto sketch! Grin  Great pull Jeff! Grin  Unfortunately I didn't pull one of Chuck's sketches, so I got this one off of eBay.

Thanks a bunch guys ! I'm glad that these are getting to people who like them. I tried to make each card as if I was the one pulling them from a pack. I certainly understand artist doing several of the same sketch (its more money). I have a hard time repeating my work.

I only did 4 different Toto cards including one with Dorthy. And the witch holding the hour glass has to be one of my favorites (for whatever reason). If I had more time I would have done a card of just the hour glass ... its such a cool looking object of art. (I like objects / props - I did one medal of courage and one of the tin man's heart watch) BTW - the hourglass was reused in different movies later on. Hollywood often reused props .. I wonder where it is today ?

Well, that's my 10 minutes of free time ... so its back to drawing LORD of The RINGS cards ...

cheers,

THE HUN

The hourglass is (last time i heard mention of) part of the The Willard Carroll Collection, a collection of thousands of Oz items, memorbilia etc.
I have no idea if it is on display anywhere.
