Great!!  I remember the first years episodes with much happiness!!  They were really enjoyable for their time.  Let me know what you think of them after you watch a few episodes.

But Roz think of the furniture removal as exercise to strengthen your back and leg muscles for skating - I think Eddy would highly approve!!   Cheesy  Remember the old saying "no pain no gain"!!   Wink

I know what you two are going through.  We have had to remove all our furniture on the first floor for the installation of our hardwood flooring and now we are removing all our bedroom furniture from the second floor for the carpeting installation that happens this coming Friday.   Cheesy  So taking a break all day yesterday watching Jonny Quest really was fun.   Smiley

Sorry - just staying off topic for a moment here, Ed Mark's goind great - totally recovered but I seem to have mashed up my left leg - not from the outside (although there's the occasional bruise on my knees) but I think I have done something a little serious to my calf muscle (well it's the back of the bottom part of my left leg. I ran to cross the road today and when I landed on my left leg it just couldn't take my weight!

It hurts a lot but I have no idea what to do about it - rest maybe but I walk 45 mins to work each day (and 45 mins back) and I can't possibly give up skating  Undecided

Hi Roz:

It sounds like you have a sprained or pulled muscle.  Have you tried to put ice on the hurt area?  Gentle massaging followed by some heat like from a warm shower should help.  You may also have to stop skating until it heals else you run the risk or further damage.

Thanks Savage - I have practically given up everything - I haven't run too much since the earlier incident - but I forget and keep trying to run (I am a hurried sort of person).

But the shower and ice I will try - it does seem to be better since I spent last night just keeping it elevated.
