Ok, now I absolutely have to try some cherry pie now! Vanilla ice cream with apple pie is so, so good!

Definately pecan pie with a side of vanilla ice cream.  Actually, ice cream goes well with most pies I think!  Second would be Cherry.

I've had rhubarb/strawberry pie and that was good.  Isn't rhubarb by itself kind of bitter?

I'd describe rhubarb as tasting 'tart' rather than bitter Kelly ... the sort of sharp sourness you get with lemons and limes.  Wink
