I'm going... this is year 9 working in the TechOps group. I run the Centennial ballrooms during the day (panels).
DragonCon is in Atlanta every Labor Day weekend and since it's local I HAVE to go & get my geek on....

Kelly, you'd have to talk with Aaron Dunne the AMTV Track director - I'm sure he'd love the help I'm stuck in the ballrooms all day which is great if it's something I want to see, not so great if it's crap (and yes, there ARE some crappy guests coming that I have zero interest in seeing)... And if anyone wants to stop by and say "hello" ask for Danielle - no one uses "tialessa" at con even though that's been my nickname on the net for 10 years.... |

Funny you should mention him... I DID hear that he's coming, but no official word yet (and the current guest page WAS updated today)... He was incredibly nice when he was last here so I hope he comes back... There are a TON of BSG folks coming - including Mark Sheppard (Badger from Firefly) who I can't WAIT to meet... |

So far from BSG I count Jamie Bamber Richard Hatch Mark Sheppard Who else I want to see: Tahmoh, Grace, Aaron, Tricia, all other major characters, and actually any minor character too. I can't recall their real names, but how about Racetrack, Cat, Duck, Crashdown, Doc, Jammer, Selix? Get to work on that for me, will ya, Tialessa?  |

No, only 3 BSG and a BSG science guy. Trek Trak has the most. They probably have about 8.

Now he just needs to bring Grace Park with him and I'll be totally happy. He came to the Colonial Party last year, so maybe he'll show up this year too.

I see Adam Baldwin bugged out too.  Whats up with that? Making way for another big name BSG star I hope. I'm pretty sad about it... He's filming the new series "Chuck" and had told folks previously that because of scheduling he couldn't attend.... then he could & confirmed... now apparently filming commitments are preventing him (again)... It's the time of year D*Con gets mondo cancellations because of work commitments - it always sucks, but actors have to work to eat... |

I'm BACK!!!! DragonCon was amazing! I had such a good time. It was more of a fan con than SDCC. More costumes, more parties, more weird goodness which I'll show in photobucket in the next few days. The party ROCKED! We had all 4 BSG guests show up and people waited over an hour just to get in the door. I met a load of cool new people and finally met some that I had been talking with online for a while including our own Tialessa! Check out my avatar! Zam and I switched costumes for a while! WOOOOO!!! |

I've got to say - Kelly's costume is even better looking in person than in a photo! Phenomenal job!
D*Con was insane - I didn't get a chance to watch any panel in my rooms for more than a couple of minutes (pretty darn frustrating, let me tell you!)... Hope everyone had a great time!
