I want everyone to watch the show "The Biggest Loser" on September 11th on NBC.  Why?  Because I know someone who's' on it!!!  Her name is Julie and her and her husband Mike are in my sunday school class at church.  Check out this link and watch the video: http://www.nbc.com/The_Biggest_Loser/
She's the blond on the black team who says "Who is that?"  when their tranier rides up on a motorcycle.  You can also see her carrying some metal barrels during a relay and running with a log over her head, and some more stuff.  She was gone for a few months and she has lost a LOT of weight.  NBC was at our church last Sunday to film her singing, but I wasn't there because Kendall was sick.    Phil was there though, maybe he'll be on TV.  I don't know if they'll show any of that in the first episode, they may wait until later.
She's super nice, so everyone watch and cheer for Julie!!!

UPDATE!
Julie has made the final 4!  She started at about 220 pounds, but she's a skinny chick now, so I think she has a really good chance to win the whole thing.  I think the prize is $250,000!!    Tune in to see the final show, it's being broadcast live this Tuesday.

Well she didn't get the title of biggest loser, but she lost 97 pounds which was over 44% of her total body weight which puts her at 121 pounds, plus she looks like a babe.  It's still a win-win.
