Does anyone on the Shack study a form of martial arts?  Phil and I started Krav Maga today:

I just completed my level one Krav Maga certification testing which was 3 hours long.  Yes, I'm beat.  I think I passed, but I'll know next week.

Congrats on getting through that exam Kelly! I know someone who has trained in martial arts and he says that Krav Maga is a very tough discipline!

Are you now looking for excuses to test out your new found skills?  ROFL!

Thanks, guys!  Yep, Phil tested too, but I didn't post any photos of him in action because, well.. it's all about me.  ROFL!
Just kidding, I should post a photo of my left arm which is black and blue from holding the pads for his side hammer fit hits.

Level 2 testing should be in 4-6 months when we'll be doing choke and maybe knife defences.
