Has anyone seen this movie or read the book?

I hijacked the book from my boyfriend a couple of months ago ( ) and loved it. The I saw the movie yesterday and was blown away! It was given a 4 1/2 star rating in a movie review and I thought it should have been a 5. A perfectly cast group of actors who were exactly as I imagined them to be from the book (a rare thing indeed) and a wonderful adaptation of the book.

Ooooooooooh I have!

I wouldn't say it's a "enjoyable" book and I'd question anyone who did , but it is a fantastic book and I am very very very glad I read it.

I saw the movie over Christmas - of course the movie had to cut out a lot of detail and heartbreak in the story but I thought it was an exceptional adaptation too
