Well i was a little bored so i calculated the prices of all the costumes/props/autos and foils and case toppers they are selling and the price is....

£2715 - Excluding the pear tree leaf card but i expect that to be another £500 or more on top of it so £3215  Shocked

What does everyone say to that, i know it's not a reliable figure but most some auctions on ebay are going well above the cards inc price  Undecided

Right.....now I'm totally confused and urgent assistance is required.

Sam's post nudged me to look at the Cards Inc site for the first time in a while and amongst all the HP stuff, they are offering HP & PoA Display Box for £59.99.

No problem with that until I noticed that they are stating 36 packs per box. Surely this is the retail product, as all my boxes are 24 packs.

My problem with this is that I had the option of getting some retail boxes as well, but turned them down because we were specifically told in the lead up to release that only the hobby boxes would have autos/costume/prop cards. The retail boxes would only have  the box topper & foil cards, nothing else.

What the hell is going on here ?

Can someone that has got cases from cards Inc please clarify the situation.

I would say go for it - nearly every card in the chase series is a Merry! Once non-card fans find out about this set things will really go berserk. Cards Inc have been really fair in their pricing considering how many of the cases they bought( they've cornered the market in frozen concentrated orange juice Winthorpe!)Their customer services have been excellent, after the over the top slating Darren got( even if he is a Gooner!) for the Gollum set, I think they have bounced back well!

I weren't saying anything against the fairness of pricing. I actually think all the cards are worth what cards inc are asking for, apart from Hermione's auto.

I don't know much about the boxes. I am gettin 6 boxes and i don't know what they are going to be, i don't think roz knows either. I'm not sweating though, i'm sure they have the same inserts in both sized boxes.... don't they? I don't know anything about the pack quantity in boxes between artbox and cards inc, could anyone fill me in on that please? Does cards inc offer 24 pack boxes for £59.99 because if they do i recommend you use www.uktraindcards.com as they sell them for £44.99 i believe.  Undecided
