I don't know about shipping cost, but I generally buy from tomunique, Digital Hero and Uncollectable websites.  I have bought from all three of them on ebay, so I know I can trust them.  Tomunique does not have a website, but you can email him and ask him if he has cards you want.  You have a better time of getting them if you contact him before or just after a set has been issued.  I got a good deal on Twilight Piecework cards with Digital Heroes.  I preordered a complete set at $400.00.  The last set I saw Digital Heros had on ebay was priced at $899.00 plus shipping. Digital Heroes is out of Califronia. tomunique is out of New Your.  I know of two British card websites.  One is the Collector Zones.  I had some good luck with them.  There out of London.

You can also try Endless World (http://www.endlessworld.com) here in California.  They ship worldwide and he has a good reputation.  I've purchased a variety of items from him over the years and he's also a distributor for Artbox, Breygent, Rittenhouse, etc.  He also runs an eBay store as well.
