They are made by ARTBOX. I'm a nut for completion of ARTBOX HP cards.
Both of the  "Scene It" Harry Potter games each have a card set made by ARTBOX.

Here is my 2 cents worth of advice.
I bought 25 cases of Goblet of Fire when they were issued.
I did not get a single Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley autograph.
Of course, I got a bunch of of other great cards.
So if you want a TRIPLE from  Prisoner of Azkaban UPDATE it's a gamble on a case, probably not worth it.
If you want a Hermione from Prisoner of Azkaban it'd better to buy one out right.
A case of Prisoner of Azkaban is rarer than hen's teeth and very expensive.
If, on the other hand, you have zero cards from a set it might be rewarding to buy a case in order to get
a good start from zero.

That's good advice. Smiley

You need to think of buying a box or case as similar to buying a lottery ticket (although a lot more expensive).  Everyone hopes to win, but few do.  If you don't have a lot of money for cards, you have to weigh what it will cost to buy the individual cards you want versus the thrill of opening boxes and not knowing if you will pull a big auto/variant prop or get one or two inserts that are worth less than half what you paid for the box.

Personally, I have absolutely horrible luck with HP boxes.  I reached the point over a year ago where I realized that, for me, it wasn't worth buying boxes.

I usually buy about 4 boxes of each release, and then get what else I want on eBay or card shows. I did get a case once....but got EXTREMELY lucky with it pulling a hot box (which contains all the insert cards in the set except case incentives). Artbox doesn't do that often, and when they do, they are very hard to get. I only bought a case to be able to open up 10 boxes and see what I get. I didn't once think I would get a rare auto, let alone the box that I did. I would love to get a case again, but to be honest, it isn't worth the money for me right now. Although, for the last movie, I may consider doing it.

Now, with just a couple boxes, you could end up very lucky too. I bought a box at a card show and got a Daniel Radcliffe auto out of it. Again, this is rare. Unlike kbmum, I have had unbelievable luck with my boxes. The truth is, I am happy with whatever I get usually, but if you are looking for very specific cards, it may be worth it to just buy the specific cards you want rather than getting cases or boxes.
