I went to pick up a big parcel from the post office today (thanks Olly! I now have a ROTK U binder

) and I picked up the last posting dates from the UK (for Christmas)... yes if you are sending heavy presents surface mail it's time to get cracking!
Surface mail - Out of Europe (so USA, Japan, Canada etc) - Monday 4th October
To Western Europe -
Tuesday the 1st of NovemberAirmail - 1) To NZ (your Christmas card to PJ

) , Oz (your christmas cards to Blackcat, McGonagal and FTY) , South and Central America, Caribbean, Africa, and the Middle East (I hesitate to think who you might be sending one to there) -
Monday the 6th of December2) To the USA, Canada, Japan and Eastern Europe -
Friday the 10th of DecemberInland1) Standard Parcels - Wednesday the 15th of December
2) Second Class - Saturday the 18th of December
3) First Class - Tuesday the 21st of December
4) Special Delivery - Wednesday the 22nd of December!!! (I think that's earlier than usual this year).
