Looks like it's worth the wait.

Does anyone have any idea who the person is on the train track in front of the Hogwarts Express? I have recently completed the book for the second time within a month and do not remember any such incident in the book.

Could it be a Death Eater?
Neville tells Harry, when the trio return to Hogwarts through the Hogshead, that Luna was taken off the train on the way back home for Christmas.
I think it's in the chapter "The Lost Diadem"

That is probably correct, thank you. My 58 year old brain could not wrap around that detail. Tongue I hope this movie follows the book closer that the last movie.

Me too!

I don't mind so much when content is omitted for time.
What I really hate is when something that never happened in the books, shows up on screen.....burning the Burrow, Harry in the train station with the waitress, Snape acknowledging  Harry on the tower.
As for Deathly Hallows, if Molly (Julie Walters) doesn't say "Not my daughter you bitch" to Bellatrix when she tries to kill Ginny, I will probably stand up in the theater and yell it out.
