They will indeed send it to you. Fill out the redemption card and send it to Artbox. Unfortunately, Artbox does not return the redemption card and also sends cards out in white envelopes (still in the top loader you send the card to them in). If you want them to send it back in a padded envelope, you will want to send them a padded envelope to use. I'm not sure, but you might even have to have it stamped already, or just put a note in that you want them to return it in that. I will see if I can get someone else to answer that for sure for you. I know that they will not insure the package for you.

My last 2 lots of redemptions have been sent in padded envelopes (not provided by me). I am in the UK.
However, from memory, I redeemed 14 and 18 cards on these occasions. I think it was always a long white envelope before that. Allow 2 months from posting to receiving your cards.

If you can wait another week, I might have a better answer for you.  I've e-mailed Kay at Artbox, but she's out of the office until next week.

As a general rule, it's best to mail your redemptions to Artbox with a sleeve, top loader, and letter that has your name, address, and a list of the redemptions you've sent in.  If you can afford it, get tracking for this package in case you need to prove that Artbox received it.  In the U.S., your package must be at least 3/4" in width in order to get a delivery confirmation number.

I'm hoping to hear back from Kay about how to arrange safer methods of return shipment -- Priority Mail, Express Mail, delivery confirmation/tracking, and insurance.  For people in the U.S., you can buy prepaid Priority and Express Mail envelopes, and I believe you can also add delivery confirmation and insurance.  You'd then mail this envelope inside the package that contains your redemption cards.

I'm not sure what the process is for people who don't live in the U.S., since you don't have the option to buy United States Postal Service stamps or envelopes from your country's post office.  It's possible that Artbox might accept an IRC as payment, but I honestly don't know.

As soon as I get a reply from Kay, I"ll post it here.
