Here's what I remember.  Maybe someone else can corraborate the info.

POA Harry black robe (numered to 500) was exclusive to Cards Inc., a UK distributor.  The #500 card was inserted only in Cards Inc. cases, one per case.  Supposedly, the company purchased 250 cases, so there is a question as to where the other 250 cards went.

POA Ron cloak (numbered to 500) was exclusive to UK dealer Richard Wheat, who at the time operated under the name My Preciousss Collectables.  The card is numbered to 500, but no one knows how many the dealer received and what happened to the rest of the cards.

POAU Hermione black robe was a UK case incentive.  I'm more iffy on this one, but I believe they were shipped only to Cards Inc., one per case, who then doled them out to case buyers.

POAU Harry's grey t-shirt was exclusive to Richard Wheat.  Again, we don't know how many of the 475 cards he received.
