Prices for this card have absolutely gone through the roof!  This month, the cards have sold for $348, $495 and $731.  Shocked  Shocked  Shocked  Kind of shocking, considering the swatch has material used to create the costume and not the actual costume.

(Thanks to Sara for the head's up.)  Smiley

Now that everyone knows Snape was a hero, his card prices have increased. Wink

Too bad that I'm in Germany and don't have the time to sell it, because number 50/280 lies besides me  Smiley

I have one, too, and have been trying to decide whether to keep it or sell it.  Every time I tried to type up the listing, I chicken out.

Is the Deathly Hallows Part 2 Costume and Prop set going ahead?

If so we may see another Snape costume card and maybe this time it'll actually be worn  Grin

I doubt that if there is another Snape costume, that it would be worn. WB has been pretty strict about what Artbox can use, and if they didn't let them use it before, they probably wouldn't now either Sad

Of course, that is if there is another set. I haven't heard any updates about it at all Undecided.

That one was ours...It wasn't fun parting with it, but at these prices we couldn't resist.  Picked up some of the CFC's with Snape in the cells to make up for it...and paid for Christmas...I'd say it was a decent investment given that I think we paid $25 for the card when it came out.

There was tat one, and two that sold for $750. I actually sold mine for $500. LOL. I was pleased with the price, but would not have minded $600 or $750 for it.

This is one of 2 costume cards I need to finish my collection.  I see one on ebay now for about $250, so I guess I'll be waiting a lot longer than expected for this one.  Sad

One just sold for $290, and another had a buy it now for $375 that no one bid on or made an offer on. It seems like this card is already coming down in price. However, I don;t see it coming back down to the price it was when it first came out.

I'm still looking for this card at a price of under $200.  If anyone sees one and doesn't want to bid themselves, please consider sending me a message? grecopa@aol.com THANKS!

Well. a couple of people gave me a heads up about an auction that had expired, but that seems to have fallen through.  See the eBay and Paypal quibbles and problems thread for an explination.  I'm still looking for a card. Thanks everyone!

Here is one up for bidding!

http://www.ebay.com/itm/HARRY-POTTER-DEATHLY-HALLOWS-SEVERUS-SNAPE-COSTUME-RELIC-98-280-C11-/180888548297?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a1dcc33c9#ht_1712wt_931

I've noticed recently there have been a few good finds on ebay. Some rare cards selling for less than they used to.
