Earlier this week, I tried to view Artbox's website. My anti-virus software immediately isolated and removed a malicious program. People on NSU are reporting that they were being redirected to another site that was blocked by their anti-virus software. This site has an address in Poland and when I looked it up in Google, there were a lot of hits for porn sites. I've sent an email to Kay for when she returns to the office, but I'd strongly suggest you stay away from Artbox's site until the problem is fixed.

Normally, yes, but Kay has been out on a leave of absence and no one there has been answering the phone or replying to email for more than a month.

I just clicked it. It went straighht to the ARTBOX site, no Polish detour,.. still the same old stuff.

Today, someone else on NSU reported going to the site, being redirected and getting an antivirus alert. The same person also said that he sent a letter to Artbox which was returned to him as undeliverable. I wish there was someone who could tell us what's going on over there.

Have you tried calling them lately? I would, but don't have the number and refuse to go to their site to find it.
I did just send an email to Artbox and Kay. Copied both on the email. So far, no out of office or a return to sender notification. I'll post again if any come through.

I didn't call, but I can tell you that I did not get an out of office reply from Kaye's email and I did not get a wrong address for their regular customer service email. Not sure where the person from NS emailed. Maybe Kaye is back?

People have been getting redemptions back this entire time. but it seems like there might only be one person who handles the website (I could be completely wrong) and she has not been in. I really hope someone gets my email and reads it and corrects the problem.
