£500 for green, blue and red promos sets

Collector Zone's auction last week had the blue, green and red 5 card pack promo sets for auction starting at £55. Not bad I thought so I put in a bid for £100. The auction ended yesterday and the final price, a massive £500. Bidder was someone called Douglas. Wish I had that sort of money. Also the Peter Jackson ROTK auto card went for £350 to someone called Roland.

I lost an auction for promo's approx. a month ago but it was for Silver, Gold, Red, Blue, and Green 5-card sets and the final bid was under $600 US. When you say Red, Blue, Red - do you mean 5-card Red and Blue and 4-card Red or just the opposite.
